9/13 and 9/14 Schedules

For most of you, please refer to the 9/13 schedule instead of the 9/14 one - here's a link: 9/13 Schedule.

Unfortunately, when we closed the 9/13 schedule we had ~20 members not get water because of restrictions, but they should have.

We created a temporary 9/14 schedule for those additional members and emailed the affected members.

ALL IRRIGATION CHECKS MUST BE MAILED TO THE FOLLOWING PO BOX, PAYMENTS SENT TO ANY OTHER PO BOX WILL NOT BE RECEIVED OR APPLIED TO YOUR IRRIGATION ACCOUNT:

Ballots for voting for the members of the Board will be mailed out on 9/05 and on-site voting will occur at the annual meeting on 10/10. Winners will be announced that night.

This site will allow you to view your upcoming water schedule, sign up for the next open schedule, and see your current irrigation balance and previous transactions - and even better, you can do it all from your phone!

Also - to all of our current users, please reach out with any questions and/or feedback you might have!

Attention Members of Clearwater Farms Unit 1:

The Maricopa County water master has notified us that they have received 8 calls for low water flow from Members of Clearwater Farms Unit 1. Of those calls; 7 out of 8 were the correct flow. MWD had told us if they continue to receive these calls; they will stop coming out. Someone also complained that we were receiving too much water, so they are giving us exactly 90".

Board Members are working with MWD to have miner rulers installed near the main boxes so Members can check the flow themselves but in the meantime, if there is a water flow question or concern please call Laurie Morgan at 623-326-1875.

NOTICE

The current surface water rate is $9.00 per hour at the 90" head.

We recommend that you lower your water order by about 25%. Example:

- Previously ordered 1 hour  - Recommended to order 30 minutes
- Previously ordered 2 hours - Recommended to order 1.5 hours
- Previously ordered 3 hours - Recommended to order 2 - 2.5 hours
- Previously ordered 4 hours - Recommended to order 2.5 - 3 hours
- Previously ordered 5 hours - Recommended to order 3.5 - 4 hours

NOTICE

As of May 2nd, 2024: Non-payment of 2023 POA dues will be restrictions from irrigating until paid in full.

Your access to irrigation services will be suspended until outstanding dues and liens are cleared.

If you are going to do work around the Irrigation ditches, service roads, main roads, or bar ditches that will alter those areas, please make sure you contact the board first before proceeding.

Please remember that if an irrigation run is canceled, it WILL NOT roll over to the next irrigation run. You MUST sign up on the irrigation board in order to receive the water you ordered for each run.

Please monitor your water for leaks due to extreme gopher activity!!!!
